The staff was helpful. They provided a detailed map showing routes to key tourist attractions. They assisted me with luggage upon my arrival. My room featured a spacious living area. The kitchen was adequately equipped to meet basic needs.

the staff were very helpful, they gave great recommendations. i was able to leave my luggage at reception after checkout. the apartment had a washing machine that proved useful .
the room itself was a little cramped.

the location is central, within easy walking distance of major attractions. i appreciated the friendly staff and their helpful recommendations. the room had adequate wall sockets and was very clean. they gave me a bottle of water by the bed, a nice touch.
the bathroom sliding door was not great, and the sink had scarce water. it was also very cold, without any hot water available.
